At Jewelry By RGMNT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original display box and secure it inside a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund once the inspection is complete.
